Japon : Qualité des infrastructures exportées

Sans fanfare, le Japon a précédé de dix ans les Routes chinoises de la soie en investissant dans les infrastructures, notamment en Asie du Sud-Est. En mettant l’accent principal sur l’amélioration des populations desservies et sur la lutte contre la dégradation de l’environnement – local et global – Tokyo espère trouver les ressources que ne lui fournit plus que parcimonieusement le marché intérieur, et renforcer ses liens régionaux.

Without fanfare, Japan predated China’s Silk Roads by ten years by investing in infrastructure, particularly in Southeast Asia. By placing the main emphasis on the improvement of the populations served and on the fight against the degradation of the environment – local and global – Tokyo hopes to find the resources that it no longer provides only sparingly from the internal market and to strengthen its regional links.
