Chine : Hong Kong déménage à Hainan

Hainan, destination touristique réputée, « Hawaii de l’Orient », se voit confier la mission de mener une ouverture expérimentale sur le monde, dont la moindre n’est pas l’accès à « l’Internet extérieur ». Une parcelle d’Occident destinée inspirer l’action publique pour redynamiser la croissance et remplacer probablement Hong Kong dans son rôle d’interface.

Hainan, a famous tourist destination, “Hawaii of the East”, is entrusted with the mission of conducting an experimental opening onto the world, the least of which is access to “the outside Internet”. A plot of the West intended to inspire public action to revitalize growth and probably replace Hong Kong in its role of interface.
