Entre les 22 et 25 décembre 2025, puis entre les 9 et 12 janvier 2026, la Chine a réussi, en trois jours à chaque fois, à regrouper massivement des bateaux des milices maritimes dans le même secteur de la mer de Chine de l’Est. Dans la perspective d’une potentielle invasion aéronavale de Taïwan ces milices pourraient être intégrées dans le dispositif général et installées en barrages au nord et au sud du détroit de Taïwan pour en interdire l’entrée à toute navigation.
Between December 22 and 25, 2025, and then between January 9 and 12, 2026, China succeeded, in three days each time, in massively regrouping maritime militia boats in the same area of the East China Sea. With a view to a potential air and sea invasion of Taiwan, these militias could be integrated into the overall plan and deployed in barrages to the north and south of the Taiwan Strait to prevent any ships from entering.
